We’re passionate about our food, where it comes from, and how it was treated or handled. With us, you avoid food that has been picked immaturely, stored in cold rooms for months, and endured sea freight for weeks.
1. We buy and fly after you preorder, so you enjoy SuperFresh food, like it was picked, just for you. With preorders, you’re looking at receiving your produce as quick as 2-3 days from picking date.
When you preorder, you'll receive SuperFresh produce, delivered within 24 hours from SG arrival. Doing so ensures that fruits & veg are SuperFresh, we cut down on food waste at a commercial level, and avoid unnecessary cold storage.
2. Join us on A Taste Adventure. Normal is great and predictable, but can be boring. Try the heirloom, indigenous or unique-to-locality produce that we carry.
Larger retailers buy produce in bulk at low prices, put them in containers on long sea freight journeys and store them in cold rooms, affecting their taste, texture and freshness. Apple, for example, can be stored up to a year! SuperFresh produce, picked just for you and at peak maturity, is worth the wait.
When you Preorder, your groceries are guaranteed SuperFresh. You are welcome to continue to order before the fruits & veg arrive in Singapore. Upon Singapore arrival, you'll receive your items 24 hours from SG touch down.
After Singapore arrival, produce with leftover stock will be sold under BuyNow.
Produce prices fluctuate for every preorder as our prices match the farmers & growers weekly harvest outcomes. That's how you know we are committed to delivering SuperFresh produce that's just been harvested.
Shipping via sea freight takes weeks to months. Produce is harvested immaturely and stored in a controlled and cold environment, so it can last the journey to customers. While the avocado may look great on the outside, its freshness, taste and texture have already been compromised. That's why our produce is air flown.
If you know you can't make it for the allocated delivery time slot, let us know in advance. We can either reschedule the delivery in advance or provide ice packs and leave the items at your front door.
