Finger Limes are the caviars of fruits. They are native to Australia and almost impossible to find elsewhere. Each finger lime pearl will burst or pop with flavour in your mouth.
They are a great source of folate, potassium and vitamin E and C (three times the amount of vitamin C as compared to mandarin oranges).
The pearls are perfect for sprinkling on top of your meal, adding to a dressing or stirred into an ice cold drink. They are a great addition to seafood dishes, salads, dressings, desserts and in mixed drinks.
Finger limes can be frozen for 6 months.
This batch of finger limes is a softer red - almost pinkish in color.
