A fruit, harvested from the plant Siraitia Grosvenorii.
Commonly used for cooking herbal tea. Used as a natural sweetener.
Benefits: Relieve sore throat cough, phlegm, strengthens lungs, expels heat and quench thirst.
- Gently rinse
- Break the fruit and tear into smaller chunks.
- Add 1 litre of water, bring to boil, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Optional additional ingredients: Chrysanthemum, winter melon, dried longans.
