Also known as Okinawan sweet potato, these white skin purple flesh sweet potatoes are sometimes sweeter than the Gold Sweet Potato.
They are a great addition to roast dinner, can be chopped into cubes and roasted alongside other vegetables or served in a salad. For some homemade healthy snack, just slice thinly or cut into strips, drizzle olive oil and salt, and air-fry for 15-18 min.
