Flying Fish Roe also know as Tobiko. It is most widely known for its use in creating certain types of sushi.
Flying Fish Roe sizes range from 0.5 to 0.8 millimeters in size, the naturally red-orange eggs have a mild smoky or salty taste, with a note of sweetness and an especially crunchy texture.
For comparison, tobiko is larger than masago (capelin roe), but smaller than ikura (salmon roe).
