How to cook (for 1 person):

  1. Cut mushroom into small slices.
  2. Gently rinse 2 to 4 pieces (~10 to 15g) with water.
  3. Boil with 1 litre of water, and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
  4. Serve warm. Take once daily.
